Experiment

Its 3 in the morning
And Im wide awake once again
Its been weeks since ive slept
Things just havent been the same
The month of july was not fair game

I try different methods
To get myself to sleep
Going to bed early gets me to keep
Thinking bout the pain
These past few weeks ive gotten lil gain

Im writing this poem by therapist instruction
But I only have 15 minutes
Why do I bother finishing
I feel unwelcome
By my excoworkers, by my friends, by my writing

......anger......im saying whats on my mind finally


I HATE YOU
YOUR SUCH A MOTHERFUCKING BITCH
YOU DONT EVEN CARE WHO I AM
YOU MAKE ME FEEL SUBHUMAN
AND THESE FLASHBACKS HAUNT ME IN MY SLEEP
